Trapp Construction & Remodeling, LLC, established in 2011, by the founder, Senior Project Manager, and Chief Executive Officer, David B. Trapp. David is a Sumter native; Trapp Construction & Remodeling, LLC is a private, family-owned business with over 35-years' experience in the construction sector. We strive to give our clients a positive and rewarding project experience, whether it is the home of your dreams, a vacation home, a renovation, addition, or an upgrade. David has a culmination of architectural and construction experience in designing, estimating, construction and project management, and job site knowledge. His experience began early in his career in Sumter, the Hill Country of San Antonio, the Blue Ridge Mountain area, Charleston, South Carolina, and the Dallas/Ft. Worth area.

Since its birth in the Midlands, Trapp Construction & Remodeling, LLC, specializes in high quality residential renovations with a focus on kitchens and bathrooms, additions, and outdoor spaces/kitchens.

Sylvia Trapp is the Partner, Office Manager/Client Relations, overseeing daily activities and needs, including client and trade partner communications, event planning, and marketing. Assisting in scheduling consultations, and other aspects of project. Customer service and customer satisfaction is a high priority.

Pamela Glasscock is the Accounts Payable, overseeing accounts payables and receivables. She is also David's assistant with several aspects of current projects, budgets, reports, and utilizing QuickBooks.

Jim Strohecker is the in-house Design Operations Manager and provides project estimation for all new builds and full interior and exterior designs. Jim has extensive knowledge in the field of design utilizing Auto-Cad. Jim has 30+ years experience in the design and construction industry, he is experienced in design and drafting on projects ranging from commercial residential complexes to single family homes, manufactured facilities to nursing homes and office building complexes, including public school facilities. Jim also worked for county government as the project manager, coordinating design and construction for all county construction projects.
